Every item is inspected and deliberately selected by us. We only include pieces in our range that meet our quality standards and that we would buy ourselves. Preloved doesn’t have to be flawless. A special piece may have a story to tell – and should show it. What matters most to us is that you know exactly what to expect before you buy.
What you see is what you get
Our product images and descriptions show the actual condition of the item. We do not conceal any relevant signs of wear or distinctive features. With bags, we pay particular attention to the corners, edges, handles and interior. You won’t find any scuffed corners or stains inside that aren’t visible in our photos at LuxLoop.
We aim to show and describe everything relevant to your purchasing decision in advance.
Authenticity with verifiable proof
Many of our luxury items already come with an original certificate of authenticity from the manufacturer. If no such certificate is available, you will find this information in the item description under ‘Accessories’. If no original authentication is available, LuxLoop offers additional security: Koffer24 / LuxLoop is a certified authentication partner of Entrupy. We can authenticate suitable items using Entrupy technology and issue a corresponding certificate of authenticity, which is supplied with the item. The Entrupy certificate also offers you financial protection under the Entrupy Financial Guarantee . Entrupy certificates are stored online by Entrupy and can be accessed by you at any time.

- Behind LuxLoop lies a history that began as far back as 1920 with Friedrich Stoll’s first leather shop in Frankfurt. Through personalised service, a focus on the customer and expertise in high-quality leather goods, the business developed into one of Germany’s leading specialist retailers of bags and suitcases.
- In 1998, Dr Joachim Stoll took over the company and combined tradition with digital retail. With Koffer24, Germany’s first online shop for suitcases, bags, rucksacks and travel luggage was established.
