Penguin – Vintage leather and steel pocket lighter, c. 1950–1960, with box
This classic Penguin pocket lighter is thought to date from between 1950 and 1960. The combination of steel and leather gives the lighter an elegant vintage look and makes it an interesting accessory from the mid-20th century.
The lighter is in very good, apparently unused condition and is offered together with its original box. The materials and classic design lend the piece a character typical of its era.
The lighter is currently not in working order as no flint has been fitted. It has not been tested to see whether it would work again after fitting a suitable flint. It is therefore expressly offered as a vintage lighter that has not been tested for functionality.
