This large-format lithograph, ‘Stravinsky’s The Firebird’, by Marc Chagall (1887–1985), was produced in 1969 by the renowned Mourlot print shop in France. The work was created as a double-page lithograph and showcases Chagall’s distinctive visual language, with its dreamlike compositions and vibrant colours. The lithograph is unsigned and is in very good overall condition. There is a central fold crease with fine indentations, but this hardly affects the motif and is practically invisible from the front once framed.
